Ginger Tea

Here’s how to make the ginger tea. Go to the grocery store and buy a fresh plump ginger, it’s really inexpensive. Slice about 15 pieces and lightly pound it. Bring 4 cups of water to a boil, add the ginger & simmer for 15 to 20 minutes uncovered. When it’s done remove from burner and with a sieve pour the tea in a cup. If you have a cold add a spoonful of honey and enjoy!
